Our Next Energy (ONE)

Our Next Energy is a MIchigan-based startup that designs batteries for electric vehicles and stationary storage. I provided copy and creative direction for many videos telling the company’s story, promoting its products and recruiting new employees.

Optimum: TV + all channels

Consumer TV spot promoting Apple devices at Optimum stores. While at Optimum, I also provided creative direction for all B2B work.

Cigna: Medicare

Cigna’s “More Than a Number” campaign celebrated all the things seniors love to do. It spoke to them in an easygoing, conversational way that made Medicare easier to understand — greatly increasing lead generation for the brand’s Medicare Advantage products.

Samsung Mobile: Global Email

For three years, I worked on Samsung Mobile global email marketing, first as a freelance copywriter and then as a full-time creative director. So I have deep experience in sophisticated email marketing campaigns.

Our Next Energy was a very new company when I joined. I created much of the company’s early messaging, including its website, marketing brochure, sales sheets and trade show content. To do this, I had to turn highly technical documents, research and interviews with engineers into easy-to-understand B2B copy

USPS: New Routes B2B Campaign

The “New Routes” campaign shows how USPS has continually improved its business services throughout its long history. I provided creative direction for the campaign idea and copywriting for some of the first campaign executions.

Daily Burn: TV

I wrote and provided creative direction for TV spots promoting the online fitness product Daily Burn.

Cigna: Social & Banners

My partner and I led creative for Cigna’s brand work in digital and social channels.

Voya Babies: 360 Activation

Like babies? Voya's "Born to Save" promotion offered $500 to every baby born in America on Oct. 21st of that year. The baby-licious story caught fire in social media, then spread to mainstream outlets, eventually racking up over 200,000,000 impressions and putting IRAs in the portfolios of 1,300 babies—over 10% of all U.S. babies born that day.

Hess Toy Truck: Digital, Social, Out-of-Home

Buying the new Hess Toy Truck every year is a beloved east coast holiday tradition. But until recently, you had to buy the truck at your local Hess Station. When Hess made the toy available for online purchase, we introduced it with holiday themed out-of-home ads, banners and Facebook posts.
